Lecture Video Shooting Commences in San Francisco
In collaboration with the Olivet School for Media and Communication Olivet Seminary commences shooting a new series of lectures scheduled to air from January 2020 as part of the Certificate for Bible and Ministry.
The goal of this shoot is to explore a format with short, high quality lecture elements and illustrative insertions throughout the clip. Research has shown that short lecture elements paired with reflective and creative assignments further learning and retention of the material learned. Olivet Seminary strives to provide the best possible content to its learning community.
The first five lecture series within the certificate program are “How to Start a Church”, “How to Grow a Church” (Dr. Bill Wagner), “Remember the Heart of the Bible”, “A Biography of Jesus” (Dr. Tom Cowley), and “Bible-centered Worship” (Dr. Merril Smoak).
